Instructions
  1. Heat the oil. Brown meat with Chili powder in skillet.
  2. Stir in salsa, beans (with liquid) and water - if using. Reduce heat to medium and simmer 10 minutes.
  3. Smash some of the beans with spatula to help thicken Chili. I keep aside 1/2 cup beans to smash.
  4. Season to taste with pepper, if desired.
  5. Serve on it’s own, or with with steamed brown rice.
